World AIDs Day 2023
CELEBRATION OF WORLD AIDS DAY (WAD) 2023 on 1st December
Theme of WAD 2023: Let Communities lead
WAD was celebrated on different 4 project location:
a) HIV/AIDs prevention program of Matarbari ultra super critical col fried power plant project, Matarbari, Moheskhali, Cox’s Bazar.
b) IHI-SMCC joint venture project, WD2 construction site, Shirajganj.
c) OTJ project, WD1-The Bangbondhu Sheikh Mujib Railway bridge construction sits, eastern part of civil work, Bhuapur, Tangile.
d) CAMCE project office, Purbachal, 300 feet, Narayaganj.
Celebration event: Awareness session on HIV/AIDs, t-shirt distribution among 4 project employee and workers, rally. Around 550 project workers, local and foreign employees, ACLAB staff participated at the events.
Objective of the event: To create awareness in the community and among the worker and project employees about HIV/AIDs.
