Vulnerable Group Development (VGD)
ACLAB has implemented Vulnerable Group Development (VGD) Programme at Lama & Naikhongchari, of Bandarban and Chokaria and Teknaf Upazila, Cox’s Bazar district of Bangladesh supported by Department of Women Affairs, Ministry of Women and Child Affairs, Government of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The main objective of the project is to raise awareness and building the capacity on loan, savings, small Entrepreneurship, and other socio-cultural issues. Until end 2019, a number of 8,099 destitute females have been covered by the program.
