HIV/AIDS/STD, Gender, Sexual Harassment Awareness Program among the National & International Workers
REDUCE VULNERABILITY ON HIV/AIDS/STI, HARASSMENT AT MEGA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SITE AMONG THE NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL MIGRANT WORKERS AND ADJACENT COMMUNITY PEOPLE:
ACLAB is implementing a 4 years project at the mega construction site to create awareness and change in behavioral practice on HIV/AIDS/STI prevention and protection among the national and international migrant employees, workers, and local community people. Besides increasing their knowledge on sexual harassment & gender perspective.
The work has been supported by development partners. Major activities of the project are the world AIDs day celebration; awareness education session among the local community people; sensitization session of the foreign and national workers about HIV/AIDS, Gender, Sexual Harassment; Condom promotion; Information, education & communication material distribution etc.
